Electronic Communications Delivery Policy (E-SIGN Policy)

What does this mean?

In your relationship with us, you have the right to receive certain information on paper. However, you agree to receive this information electronically. Since we operate online, you must agree to receive all essential information from us and our Providers electronically, either through our website or by email, instead of receiving paper copies by mail.

This section explains the technology you need to view, save, or print the communications we send. By using our Service, you confirm that you have these technical capabilities. It also informs you that you must keep your contact details current.

You can choose to stop receiving electronic communications from us and our Providers, but if you do, you may lose access to our Service.

Electronic Delivery of Communications

You agree to receive all communications, agreements, documents, notices, and disclosures ("Communications") related to your use of the Service electronically. These Communications include agreements and policies like the Deen Instant Cash Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, tax statements, and loan or product-related disclosures. We will provide these Communications by posting them on the Deen Instant Cash website or by emailing you at the email address listed in your Deen Instant Cash profile.

Hardware and Software Requirements

To access and keep electronic Communications, you need:

  • A computer with internet access.
  • A current web browser with 128-bit encryption and cookies enabled (e.g., Internet Explorer 11 or newer, Safari 9.0.3 or newer, Firefox v. 56 or newer, Chrome v. 60 or newer).
  • Adobe Acrobat Reader 11 or newer to open .pdf files.
  • A valid email address.
  • Enough storage space to save past Communications or a printer to print them.

By using the Service, you confirm that you have the hardware and software needed to receive, open, and save or print Communications. You also confirm that the email address provided is correct and capable of receiving correspondence.

Additional Mobile Technology Requirements

If you access the Service on a mobile device, ensure your device can print and save Communications. If not, use a device that can do so.

How to Withdraw Your Consent

You can withdraw your consent to receive Communications electronically by writing to us or emailing support@deencashadvance.org. If you do so, Deen Instant Cash and its Providers may restrict, close, or deactivate your account or charge additional fees for paper copies.

If you want a paper copy of a previous Communication, request it within 180 days of when we provided it. We will send it by mail, and you may be charged a fee of up to $5 for each Communication. Ensure your current street address is in your profile for paper delivery.

Updating Your Contact Information

You must keep your email address up-to-date to receive Communications. If you don't receive a Communication because of an outdated email, we will consider it delivered. If you use a spam filter, add Deen Instant Cash to your email address book.

You can update your email or street address by logging into your Deen Instant Cash account and selecting "Account Settings." If your email becomes invalid, your account may be deemed inactive until you provide a valid email address.

Responsibility for Security of Your Email Account

You authorize Deen Instant Cash to send any documents or information related to your use of the Service to your email address. You confirm that you own and control the email address you provide and that only you or your authorized representative can access it. You agree to maintain the necessary security for sensitive information sent to your email, such as using a strong password and multifactor authentication. If your email address changes, update your profile before the change takes effect.

You agree to indemnify and hold us and our Providers harmless from any claims or expenses resulting from delivering information to your email, failure to update your contact details, use of an incorrect email address, or any breach of laws or regulations.
